Remember, "...the program is flexible, the policies are not." A scout is Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, and Reverent. The purpose of this policy is to protect the individuals, Orange County Council and the BSA. As with any policy of the BSA, this policy is to be adhered to by everyone who uses any domain owned by this council. While webmasters are welcome to design their sites around their needs, the sites are open to the world and thus a degree of protection is required. These policies are based, in part, upon National BSA web policies.
Webmasters who violate policies will find their sites disabled without warning.
The publishing of a web site under any domain owned by this council indicates acceptance of these policies.
All references to Council in these policies, refer to the Orange County Council BSA.
