CONTACT INFORMATION
The webmaster of each web site that uses the "ocbsa.org" domain shall maintain an Email address that is linked to their unit Email address. This aids in the dissemination of information to all webmasters and provides an easy method of contact both from council as well as visitors to the site. Webmasters will be permitted one Email address. If they work on more than one site, then that Email address will be used for all mail to all sites they are responsible for. If the Email address of a webmaster is changed, the webmaster shall notify the Council of the change. Council will then re-direct Email to the new address. Email forwarding will be supported on the council server for the webmaster only. A form is available for the purpose of requesting changes in webmaster information, including Email address changes. Webmasters who fail to notify Council of a change in their Email address and subsequently have Email bounce, will have access to their websites restricted until a current Email is provided. The webmaster agrees that they may be contacted by telephone if necessary to resolve issues relating to the web site. The webmaster Email address must be a US-based Email address.

=====
Effective immediately the Email address that is provided for contact for a unit MUST be the personal Email address of the webmaster requesting access to the site. The problem is that too many individuals are passing along user ID's and password , including access to the generic Email address, to their unit web site to their replacement. Council then loses track of who's accessing the server. Web site requests that contain Email addresses that do not meet this qualification will be rejected.
