District Web Sites

District web sites will be maintained with current information within a one month time frame. Web sites that are out of date with information that is more than one month old and do not have a calendar, events list or other web page that provides upcoming information, may have their sites temporarily closed. District sites MUST be hosted under the ocbsa.org domain. They cannot be moved offsite.
District web sites should be used to support all District-Level events, such as District Camporees, etc. The creation of a temporary web site for these events is not done and we ask that requests for such be directed to the individual District Webmasters and handled on the District sites.
District sites are also not to have a "pre-load" page that appears prior to their normal home page. When the URL for a District site is entered into a browser the District site must come up in its normal home page. Updated Sept 25, 2008
