A team of volunteers is available to help with web design questions and problems that do not relate to permissions issues.
These volunteers make up the IT Support Team and offer assistance to webmasters.
Webmasters are encouraged to contact a member of the support team if they have questions regarding web design, database, forms or any problem that doesn't relate to permissions or login problems.
If you are unable to access your site then fill out the Problem Report form.
The business of Scouting is our main responsibility.
Web site changes and requests for new sites will be handled as soon as possible.
We do not offer 24x7 support. Requests for assistance that are received on a weekend, will be held until Monday.
Webmasters are reminded that Council does not own the server that will be hosting our domains and thus there may be times when the server is unavailable due to technical problems or other issues that are beyond our control.
Repairs and resolutions to technical problems may have to rely upon the support staff of the hosting company.
Web sites are offered without charge and with no advertising banners.
