Publishing Helps

Passwords, folders and filenames are case sensitive. This means that if you provided a name or password in your web site request form that has both UPPER case and lower case letters in it, then you must enter it the same way. The same rule applies to the filenames that make up your web site - they are case sensitive!!

Warning: There are several files in your folders that you may not recognize. These files operate as part of the configuration of your site and should not be modified or deleted. Our golden rule that we are adopting is "If You Didn't Put It There - Then Leave It There"

Please DO NOT Remove Any Files That You Do Not Recognize. If you are using a Firewall and are having publishing problems, turn the firewall off for a minute and then re-try. If you are able to publish without problems with the firewall off, then you will have to reconfigure the firewall.
